From my first gaming experience fraggin’ newbs in Quake 3 Arena, to the hours aiding settlements for Preston Garvey in Fallout 4, I have almost always found myself absorbed in one virtual world or another. Through the years, I have gained a real passion for video games of all kinds - if there is a world to explore, I want to explore it! I've always appreciated games as an artform. A multitude of elements go into creating not just a game, but an experience; story, atmospheric setting, music, gameplay and character development. I live for the moments in videogames where you have to take a step back and admire the work put in.
I personally enjoy RPGs and I'm always up for a challenge. I also enjoy PvP and all the raging that comes with it when you mess up a combo or miss a skill shot. Skyrim, Portal, and the Dark Souls franchise are some of my favorites to date.

From the moment I first played Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy on the original Xbox, I have always had an avid curiosity and enthusiasm for video games. I admire their ability to immerse us in completely different worlds, and I am always eager to see how they integrate the newest breakthroughs in digital technology to make virtual reality feel real. I am currently a senior at UC Berkeley, but when I'm not studying I always make time to play Xbox One with my younger brother.
