EA and Discord are collaborating to level up the connectivity between their platforms, giving players an even more seamless gaming experience.
Players can now link their EA and Discord accounts, which will broadcast a detailed status of their “rich presence,” including what game, game mode, how long a player’s game has been going on and whether or not they are ready to partner up for something different.
Players can now sign in to the EA app, prompting them to a link to sign-in and connect their Discord account. Users who have already seen the pop-up but didn’t link their accounts can do so by navigating to Settings – My Account – Connected accounts in the EA app settings page.
