Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, a thrilling 4v1 haunt-or-hunt game developed by IllFonic, a leader in asymmetrical multiplayer, is happy to reveal fresh details about its free DLC roadmap for year two. A greater emphasis on interactive play and much more is what fans can anticipate.

IllFonic intends to release four significant DLC packs in 2024. The initial release in March will fall in line with the impending March 22 theatrical release of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire from Columbia Pictures. As the newest antagonist in Ghostbusters history, Garraka is the maestro of the Death Chill, and fans will get a chance to take him down. Alternatively, perhaps the fans want to start a new ice age by taking up the heavy lifting themselves. In any case, this DLC will enable fans to relive adventures that are inspired by the new film. Additional Ghostbuster gear, like as suits and proton packs, will also be included in the free DLC.
A 40th anniversary announcement, the return of a beloved character, an enduring bounty challenge, and more will all be included in future DLCs. Each DLC focuses on team gear/gadgets that make bursting feel oh-so-good, gameplay, and a terrifying ghost. Regardless of the circumstances, Ghostbusters enthusiasts can easily create alliances or wage war on one another across all platforms, including PC/Epic Games Store/Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Players in this asymmetrical 4v1 hide-and-seek game will either be a Ghost or a squad of rookie Ghostbusters. This game offers both an online and offline single-player mode with bot assistance, allowing players to enjoy the game alone or with up to four buddies. Most notably, the plot will progress (with cutscenes) the more you play. The game is simple to pick up and enjoyable to master, whether you choose to haunt or hunt!
