J6 Games, an indie developer, announced that Tower of Madness, a linear psychological horror game, is currently available for PC via Steam. Tower of Madness, which is reminiscent of Stephen King’s The Dark Tower series, centers on a weary cowboy named John who is forced to investigate a beneath inverted floating tower by a sneaky voice in his head. As players ascend the menacing tower in this evocative, narrative-driven third-person game, they will come across creatures, intrigue, and a way to find forgiveness. The best way to keep your sanity might be to embrace craziness.

A new horror game released just in time for Halloween, Tower of Madness was highlighted at Steam Next Fest, and during the past two weeks, many people played the free demo.
Play the role of John in Tower of Madness, a cowboy who has spent his entire life in a tiny desert village. The murder of everyone he knows is prevented in front of him when he begins to hear a voice in his head one day. With no one else to turn to, he follows the menacing voice in his mind down into a dry well that leads to a huge cavern with an upside-down, floating tower. John is instructed by the voice to follow his crows inside the tower. With its mind-bending physics-defying settings and voice-acted cutscenes, this short form game is mostly a narrative-driven walking simulator with a suspenseful atmosphere.
Tower of Madness is currently discounted at $4.49 for PC via Steam.
