Update 1.6 for Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree has been released, announced by Knights Peak and Primal Game Studio. Its headlining feature, which is one of the most comprehensive content and balancing updates to date, adds extra replay value with New Game+ in addition to major quality-of-life improvements and considerable gameplay, user interface, and graphics refinements. As part of the Steam Summer Sale, Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is available digitally for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC globally at a 25% discount.

A key component of community-focused game development is continuous post-launch updates, which allow developers to improve, rebalance, and broaden the experience in direct response to user input. Each patch has been greatly influenced by the devoted Mandragora community, and Primal Game Studio and Knights Peak are still dedicated to working together to create these patches.
Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree Update 1.6 Key Features:
- New Game Plus (NG+): The option to begin NG+0 with a fully equipped character and the introduction of empowered versions of opponents, equipment, and weapons are features of this difficult new mode, which is infinitely replayable.
- 3 New Weapons: The new weapons Aurora, Crimson Slicer, and Reignbreaker are available in New Game+ mode.
- Skills, Talents & Nodes: At the Witches’ Altar, players can now remove and return nodes, talents, and skill upgrades. Additionally, there is now the option to learn nodes and talents instantly.
- Gliding: There are now fewer unintentional cancellations and better activation timing thanks to the revised gliding mechanism.
- Boss balance: The final boss and Sleepwalker are among the bosses that have been optimized for fairness and clarity.
- Combat Balance: alterations to how Vanguard’s Adrenaline and Nightshade’s Shadowstep abilities are activated, as well as enhancements to enemy hitboxes and movement clarity.
- Bug fixes: Numerous logic and crash issues, such as talent malfunctions, inconsistent maps, and animation hiccups, have been resolved.
