Aesir Interactive and Astragon Entertainment are pleased to announce the Contraband Expansion for Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, which will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on November 19, 2025.
A significant map expansion into the State of Franklin is brought about by the Contraband Expansion, where officers provide assistance at two highway-connected inspection stations. Players will have new responsibilities that include cargo checks, document verification, and new kinds of inspection.

Inspect, Analyze, and Protect
The Brighton Police Department assumes new duties with the introduction of Franklin’s inspection stations. Officers search for mistakes or falsified information on driver’s licenses, passports, and cargo manifests. Vehicles may be diverted for thorough searches of the engines, trunks, and interiors when suspicion is raised in order to find illegal goods or safety infractions.
Officers continue their work indoors in the administration building, doing desk checks and interviewing people to confirm travel and cargo information.
Advanced Equipment and Tools
With the Contraband Expansion, Officers receive access to advanced inspection technology including the biometric kiosk, inspection mirror, X-ray scanner, and material analyzer. Their fleet now includes the Titan Police SUV, which is prepared for pursuits and patrols.
While new watchtower responsibilities enable officers to supervise the border zone, record occurrences, maintain perimeter safety, and repair the fence if necessary, observation towers and binoculars aid in area monitoring.
Cooperative Gameplay and Dynamic Scenarios
When suspects attempt to evade, resist, or begin a pursuit, there is a chance that the check will become more intense. The roadway Patrol Expansion can intensify these situations even more, leading to fast-paced pursuits on the roadway. When necessary, officers can securely detain recalcitrant criminals with the new non-lethal shotgun.
Every partner can take part in the new responsibilities independent of ownership thanks to the full DLC sharing support and the ability to experience all new features alone or in multiplayer.
