Developer Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that Titanfall has dedicated servers that run on the cloud.
What does this mean? It means that there won’t be any game-pausing host migration if someone quits the match in a huff. This is in line with Titanfall being an intense and fast paced game.
In addition, Titanfall does not lock Respawn to Xbox One or Windows, because the cloud tech they are going to be using belongs to them rather than Microsoft.

Titanfall is coming to Xbox 360, PC and Xbox One in early 2014.
