Horizon Chase: Turbo Reveals New High-Octane Video at PAX East 2018

Boston – April 5, 2018 – Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) East goers are in for a heavy dose of nostalgia this year as Horizon Chase: Turbo, the pedal-to-the-metal arcade racer inspired by the trailblazing 90’s-era classics, sets the pace at Sony Entertainment’s booth on the show floor. Turbo will be playable with new features and a fresh gameplay teaser showing off the game’s vibrant art, tight controls, new vehicles, spinetingling tracks and more.

Horizon Chase:Turbo is standalone homage to classic 16-bit racers that defined a generation of high-speed, frenetic arcade fun. With Horizon Chase: Turbo, PAX East attendees will race all over the world with lovingly designed next-gen gameplay that maintains a retro feel, dousing racers with nostalgia that includes head-to-head split screen multiplayer couch co-op action; and catchy contemporary chiptune-style music from legendary arcade sound designer Barry Leitch (Top Gear, Gauntlet Dark Legacy).

Horizon Chase Turbo delivers neck-break speed, original gameplay, tight controls, new features and content designed specifically to highlight the nostalgic feel of classic racers on next-generation technology. The game marks a resurgence of couch co-op, where up to four players can compete in multiplayer campaigns, intense tournaments and endurance trials as they race around the globe.
