Another Metro game after a while and that’s running at native 4k resolution. We got to try hands on this game, and saw some great details. Metro Exodus started with a level of introducing all the NPCs and our protagonist. Starting off where the train is stopped because of blockade and then moving to the nearby town to find out what exactly is going on. We have to go through a small lake using boat, and game has shown the mutated insect monsters and zombie both in this game. The gameplay is pretty much similar and more of a survival game, where player needs to also use the accessories and weapon only if needed. We played and used stealth mode which made us finish the game much faster, and introduced us with alligator-like monster inside the lake. The game will have a detailed and bigger world than the previous Metro games.
Metro Exodus looked extremely stunning running at native 4k resolution. For now during the demo, they didn’t implemented HDR yet in the game. But even then we were in awe looking at the details and the environment. The gameplay is similar but more detailed as well.
Metro Exodus is developed by 4AGames and Deep Silver and is slated to release February 22, 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
