A new trailer for Altered Alma, a cyberpunk metroidvania with RPG features, has been released in honor of the game’s Kickstarter launch and the release of its brand-new public demo, which is currently playable on Steam. Observe as ex-mercenary Jack battles his way through Neo Barcelona’s cyberpunk streets, eliminating mechanical creatures and vicious gangsters. You can get a sneak peek at romance in Altered Alma’s first public demo, which also offers a flavor of the brutal and hectic world of Neo Barcelona. Q4 2025 will see the release of Altered Alma on Steam, Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.

In this breathtaking cyberpunk adventure, created by Emma Beeby (Tails of Iron, F1 23) and Antony Johnston (Resident Evil: Village, Dead Space), you’ll establish friendships, assemble a crew, and navigate the neon-lit streets of Neo Barcelona! In fast-paced action, as Jack, an ex-mercenary being pursued by their old allies, you must slay vicious criminals.
