During today’s Day of the Devs: Game Awards Edition Digital Showcase, publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer Open Roads Team revealed that the mother-daughter road trip adventure, Open Roads, is set to launch on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on February 22, 2024. Also announced, Hollow Ponds’ upcoming multiplayer adventure game, Flock, is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam in Spring 2024.
In Open Roads, players will experience the story as 16-year-old Tess Devine, on a road trip with her mother, Opal, to discover what has been left behind in evocative places forgotten to time. Together, they’ll explore a series of long-abandoned family properties, unearthing a mystery much darker than either of them imagined. Opal and Tess’s relationship has never been easy; in their search they’ll discover not just the truth they’ve been seeking, but each other. Open Roads stars Golden Globe award-winning and Emmy Award-nominated actor, Keri Russell (“The Americans,”Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker,”) and Golden Globe award-nominated actor, Kaitlyn Dever (“Booksmart,”Uncharted 4”).

Flock is a multiplayer co-op game by Hollow Ponds and Richard Hogg, who previously worked together on Webby Awards 2021 winner, I Am Dead, 2018 Independent Games Festival Awards finalist, Wilmot’s Warehouse, and Hohokum. Players take on the role of flying shepherds, each tending to their own unique herd of adorable flying creatures with their friends. An ode to the joy of flight and discovery, Flock allows players to soar through beautiful landscapes and seek out rare and elusive creatures to add to their flock.
