Assassin’s Creed Unity Patch 5 Now Rolling for PC

Earlier this week, the Assassin’s Creed Unity Patch 5 rolled out for Xbox One and PS4.

Now, Ubisoft announced that it’s finally rolling out for PC.

Here is the official tweet:
