Interstellar War Like Never Before at Your Fingertips
Gainesville, Florida – August 25, 2016 – Developer War Drum Studios announced today that Auralux: Constellations, the sequel to the best-selling strategy game Auralux, is available now for iOS and Android devices for free. Players can also unlock each new constellation for $1-2 each or $10 to unlock all twelve. When unlocked, each constellation includes eleven levels, as well as two additional multiplayer levels.
Auralux: Constellations is a pure strategy game that is deceptively simple, stripping away cumbersome tech trees and specialized units. Victory is achieved by conquering constellation after constellation in an interstellar war that spans the galaxy. The game features a slow, graceful feel, easy-to-learn mechanics, and minimalistic graphics, all pulsing to the rhythm of ambient music.
“A sequel to Auralux was the obvious next step for us, and we are excited to launch a new mobile strategy game that also offers a console-like gaming experience,” said Thomas Williamson, Chief Executive Officer of War Drum Studios. “We are sure players are going to love the hours of gameplay, multiplayer functionality, graphics, new modes, and music.”
Auralux: Constellations gameplay features:
- Online multiplayer for up to four players to wage planetary war against each other.
- New modes and maps including black holes, supernovas and wormholes!
- 150 unique levels
- Keep your journey alive with Handoff support on iPad, iPhone and Mac.
- Play on the big screen with tvOS and Android TV functionality.
- A dozen new twists to classic Auralux gameplay.
Featuring a slow, graceful feel, easy-to-learn mechanics and vibrant minimalistic graphics, all pulsing to the rhythm of ambient music, Auralux: Constellations is available now on iOS and Android.
