
The Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is now available digitally on Nintendo eShop and the My Nintendo Store. A vast, planet-spanning adventure with exhilarating combat and enormous, mech-like Skells awaits players. When playing in TV mode, the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of the game adds up to 4K1 resolution at a smooth frame rate of up to 60 fps; in portable mode, it adds up to 1080p and up to 60 fps.
An upgrade pack is currently available for gamers who already own Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch system.

Earth has been destroyed in the year 2054 of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, which is available for the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. Your customizable main character is part of a colony ship of human survivors who barely avoided the destruction and crash on the enigmatic planet Mira. In this sci-fi role-playing game, explore a vast and perilous world while battling for the future of humanity. Enter an action-packed battle system that offers a wide range of special attacks and talents, foes of different sizes to defeat, and more. If you can first prove yourself to the BLADE organization, you will be able to pilot a Skell that can fly, change into a vehicle, and use tremendous strength in battle.
In order to accomplish goals like gathering a set number of items or defeating particular opponents, players can also join a team of up to 31 other players online3. Additionally, up to four squad members can collaborate online for unique tasks and engage in combat with strong opponents to earn in-game rewards. In the main story, they can also enlist other players’ avatars to join their team.
The digital version of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and the upgrade pack for the game are currently accessible on the Nintendo Switch 2 system. Starting on April 16, a physical copy of the game will be sold at a few stores and online at the My Nintendo Store.
