Yesterday, several details and screenshots were leaked from EA websites for police-themed Battlefield: Hardline.
Today, after a leaked video and screenshots, EA finally confirmed that Battlefield: Hardline will indeed be shown at this year’s EA 2013. Incidentally, the leaked video was about 6 months old, so a great deal more work has been put into the game.
Visceral General Manager, Steve Papoutsis, stated via Twitter,
“So yeah, that happened. Not how we wanted to unveil Hardline, but all good. Didn’t want to wait til E3 anyway, so let’s talk about it…”

Then, in another tweet Papoutsis added,
“We’re pouring everything we’ve got into this & stoked to share details on June 9 – maybe even a little more before then if you want it,”
