First Major Monthly Update Brings New Map, Medic Hero Class, and Hero Only or Veil Demon Only Matchmaking – Now Available
AUSTIN, TX – Independent developer QC Games released their first major monthly update to Breach, the innovative 4v1 action RPG now available on Steam. Patch 0.1: Valley of Kings brings a brand new map, Valley of Kings, a new class, and the debut of a new Boss: Sekhmet, the warrior goddess of Egyptian mythology.
Patch 0.1: Valley of Kings introduces the Medic Hero class, sparking exciting new gameplay strategies. Summon Microbots to follow and heal allies over time and then redirect them to converge on enemies for burst damage. Use your ultimate to radio in a Microbot’s Triage routine, gradually repairing the wounds on all allies in a designated area. Having a Medic on your team of heroes will make your squad a force to be reckoned with!
Along with the new class comes a hefty list of major updates, including sweeping performance optimizations, a new ranking system, and the highly requested ability to queue for games as Hero Only or Veil Demon Only.
Patch 0.1: Valley of Kings also includes important quality of life features, such as improvements to key bindings, additional graphic options, more randomization of enemies, and win-loss stat tracking. Patch 0.1: Valley of Kings takes valuable feedback received from gamers since Early Access launch into account and is the first of major monthly updates coming to Breach.
