As the popular naval combat massively multiplayer online game, World of Warships, enters its ninth year of development, publisher and developer Wargaming is preparing to launch a fleet of celebrations. Festive gifts, an Aquatica Farm event, and a new port are being added to the game to mark the occasion. New seasons of Brawls and Ranked Battles join the fray, and Early Access to brand-new Pan-American Battleships is included with all of this anniversary content. Players may also enjoy the European Navies collection, Pan-European destroyers, and a brand-new campaign in World of Warships: Legends.
Take Part in the 9th Anniversary Celebrations for World of Warships
World of Warships is celebrating nine years on the seven seas with a new Planeta Aquatica Port, a ton of festive content, and a series of incentives. For the anniversary, festive incentives are back! Players can earn Festive Tokens, which they can then exchange for a number of goods, such as the Premium Tier VIII U.S. cruiser Rochester, various containers, tokens for the recently launched Aquatica Fair, disposable bonuses, patches, and flags.
A fresh set of puzzles also shows up, with sixty pieces stored in containers related to the Battle of Pasa De Patria. Players will receive a special and historic Pan-American Commander, Joaquim Marques Lisboa, as a reward for finishing. The Armoury will also host an Aquatica Fair event in honor of the occasion, which will feature new items to unlock, occasion Daily Rewards, and a 9th Anniversary Event Pass with more content for players to gain.
Early Pan-American Battleship Access Starts
A whole new class of Pan-American battleships is making its way into the game, with an initial stop at Early Access. Players will be able to choose among the Ipiranaga, Los Andes, and Libertad battleships on the roster. These ships are equipped with potent main battery cannons, secondary armaments, consumables for the Enhanced Repair Party, and combat instructions that may be used to increase each ship’s firepower during intense conflict.
Dock into the World of Warships to engage in new clan battles, brawls, French destroyers, and more.
Now accessible through the Tech Tree, the preceding series of French destroyers will make room for the Pan-American battleships to join Early Access. With the most recent update, all players will be able to access the battleships ranked Tier V L’Adroit, Tier VI Duchaffault, Tier VII Le Hardi, Tier VIII L’Adventurier, Tier IX Orage, and Tier X Cassard. These ships are all outfitted with powerful torpedoes that deal enormous damage. In addition to the destroyers, new Brawls start on September 9 and Season 27 of Clan Battles debuts on September 11, along with a new season of Ranked Battles starting on September 5.
World of Warships: Legends include The Tempest of Renaissance Campaign Plus More
On September 9, World of Warships: Legends will also welcome a ton of new content for both console and mobile users. Tempest of Renaissance, a brand-new campaign, is in charge of this update. After completing this five-week challenge, players will receive the Italian Tier VIII Premium cruiser Michaelangelo. Additionally, a new series of strong and nimble Pan-European destroyers, known as Tier IV Muavenet, Tier V Stord, Tier VI Grom, and Tier VII Split, are available for Early Access.
The European Navies Collection, which is the last feature added to the September content update, allows players to gather 12 cards from crates hidden across the Tempest of Renaissance campaign and special missions. Players will receive a brand-new Pan-European Tier II destroyer Orjen in a unique permanent camouflage once they have collected all of the available cards. The complete patch notes are available HERE.
