Atari announced Kelly Bianucci as its new Chief Operations Officer, reporting to Wade Rosen, the company’s Chairman and CEO.

Wade Rosen stated, “Kelly is an accomplished leader who will help shape our strategy and implement operating structures and best practices across our organization that will be incredibly important as we continue to transform and grow. Kelly has been invaluable as an Atari board member, and I am excited for her to bring her passion for our business into her new role.”
Bianucci is known for creating structures that balance creativity, execution, and financial discipline. He has twenty years of expertise in gaming, finance, and technology, and he has led complicated transformations, M&A, and operational scale-ups. She has held positions on academic, non-profit, government, private, and public boards. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MBA with a focus on finance and innovation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Three years into the company’s retro-focused transition, Bianucci assumes her new position. Through the successful acquisitions of Digital Eclipse and Nightdive Studios, Atari has expanded its publishing reach and expertise, reorganized its hardware operations around partnerships and licensing, and redesigned its game library. Atari reported a 63% year-over-year increase in revenue in March 2025, the greatest yearly revenue level in more than ten years and the second consecutive year of notable top-line growth.
