Crossroads Inn is a real-time inn management sim set in the original fantasy world, Delcrys. Build and run your tavern, and meet the needs of both bodies and spirits of all types of adventurers. Your tasks include hiring and training the right employees, managing deliveries, creating new cooking recipes, and setting a menu tailored to your visitors. Plan ahead, cater to the different social groups visiting your place, and be careful about deliveries, and you will become the most famous innkeeper in Delcrys history! The game offers a story mode and an Open World mode.
Crossroads Inn was released on PC on October 23, 2019. A few hours from the premiere, the game climbed to the 3rd global position TOP seller on Steam, selling over 100,000 copies of the basic version of the game and DLCs. Klabater has been working on a version of the game for Microsoft consoles for over a year. A special porting team of several people has been created to undertake the challenging task of transferring an extensive strategy game to consoles.
“Crossroads Inn is an extremely important brand for us, which we intend to develop in the coming years. A part of this development is also the version for Microsoft’s console, which from the development side was a really big challenge. I am very pleased with the results of the work of the team responsible for porting the game to Xbox.” – says Michał Gembicki, Joint-CEO in Klabater. – “The console edition required us to, among others, rethink game controls. It is not easy to adapt a large strategy Tycoon game for a console. There are not many titles on the Xbox which offer such extensive gameplay – I hope that Crossroads Inn will fill this gap perfectly.”
Crossroads Inn for Xbox One and Series X will offer:
- The basic version of the game
- Pests & Puppies DLC that allows you to breed animals and fight off pests
- The Pit DLC allows you to build underground and to conduct illegal business
- The Hooves & Wagons DLC introducing horses, carriages, and stables
- Bath & Beauty DLC that allows you to beautify toilets and baths
- Crops & Harvest DLC (new content) focused on the crop and harvest cycle
- A new type of a bard and an adventurer
Klabater’s flagship title will also see new, interesting expansions on the console later this year.
- The Circus – an expansion inspired by Klabater’s The Amazing American Circus (work in progress), featuring three new heroes (clown, strongman, and juggler) who will visit our tavern, as well as wagons, stage, and circus decorations that this colorful troupe of circus artists will bring with them.
- Booze and Liquor – an expansion inspired by the moonshining culture. A new character, a moonshiner, and items related to brewing alcohol will appear in the inn.
Crossroads Inn for Xbox One and Xbox Series X will debut on May 19, 2021.
