Namco Bandai and developer From Software have announced that Dark Souls II will release for PC on April 25, in accordance, in accordance with Siliconera.
In addition, Namco Bandai released a statement via Twitter that they haven’t announced a release date yet, but will have more info soon.

Dark Souls 2 is scheduled to release March 11 in North America for Xbox 360 and PS3, then March 14 in Europe.
