To celebrate the launch of Darksiders III on November 27, 2018, THQ Nordic has teamed up with bodypaint artist and content creator, Ruby True, to create a series of five ASMR videos to help gamers de-stress this holiday season.
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is the feeling of euphoria or relaxation some people experience from watching and listening to particular video and audio content. It has seen a rapid rise on YouTube and Twitch streams over the past year, and the video content could be something as simple as a whispered passage from a book, scrunching paper, hair brushing or stirring a cup of coffee.
Here is the Fury Darksiders III Body paint Trailer:
Beginning on Monday 19 November, and continuing with a new video every day until Friday 23 November, Ruby True will showcase her amazing bodypainting skills by taking on the role of Fury and use ASMR techniques to help listeners relax in a series of exclusive Darksiders III ASMR videos.
“The holiday season kicks into high gear with Thanksgiving this week and, whilst it can feel like the end of the world for some, we’re hoping that our collaboration with Fury (aka Ruby True) will help Darksiders fans find a measure of calm amid the Apocalypse,” said Philipp Brock, PR & Marketing Director, THQ Nordic.
