A couple of days ago, Sony and Evolution Studios’ have released a new video for DriveClub explaining how to choose between Blu-Ray vs PlayStation Plus Edition.
The original plan offered a free version of the game to PS Plus subscribers, but Sony later revealed that it would be limited in terms of vehicles and features. Players would have had to pay for a $49 upgrade in order to unlock everything, since players would also need to maintain their PS Plus account that costs around $50 per year in order to access the game’s content.
Sony just reversed this decision due to fan discontent. Take a look at the official PlayStation tweet below:
UPDATE> If you have #DRIVECLUB PS+ Ed & upgrade, we'll ensure you keep full game access even if your PS Plus runs out http://t.co/RIjDw6Mzzw
