Fans of old-school brawlers worldwide can now equip their best weapons and don their most festive skins, as today marks the ninth anniversary of Dungeon Fighter Online. In celebration of this time-honoured, free-to-play classic, Neople has unlocked gilded rewards, a plethora of events and an anticipated content update – with an exclusive twist.
Dungeon Fighter Online (DFO) is a 2D MMORPG that offers fast-paced gameplay and extensive character customization options. Players join action-packed raids and traverse dungeons with fighters from all around the world. Featuring classic side-scrolling action elements and vibrant 2D graphics, DFO is a thrilling game that takes players on an adventure through vast lands, where they will join forces to take down the Apostles who terrorize the realms.
To celebrate Dungeon Fighter Online‘s ninth anniversary, Neople has planned plenty of festivities. Players can claim anniversary rewards, including Siv’s Sub Equipment Bead, a Single-Use One-Shot Amplification Grimoire, and more, simply by logging in. A special shop will also be available to purchase event rewards. Completing daily tasks and weekly missions will unlock exclusive rewards, such as a +13 Weapon Reinforcement Ticket, a Rare Clone Avatar Set Box, Platinum Emblem Selection Box, Seon Magic Bead (Shoes) Selection Box, and more.
Players can participate in the Level-Up, Power-Up to Seon! Event, which allows them to quickly level up and receive valuable rewards. The Starlight – A Starry Night Vol. II and Custom Hunting in Seon! event gives all adventurers a chance to participate in a thrilling minigame to obtain materials for rewards. Additionally, players can secure the final and best equipment in the game, but only for a limited time during the Custom Hunting event.
Veteran players can test their skills in the new Legion Dungeon, “Dusky Island.” Clearing the most difficult and challenging dungeon in the game will give valuable materials that will allow users to upgrade their Accessories and Special Equipment gear further.
