The collaboration between the two video game development studios will see witcher Geralt join Chapter 4 as a mid-season unlock. The character is best-known from CD PROJEKT RED’s award-winning The Witcher franchise, especially the highly awarded The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which is soon to receive a free next-generation update in December.
Alongside the announcement comes a trailer for this next chapter of Fortnite, including a cameo from Geralt of Rivia — interested players can watch for themselves to see how the witcher’s very own outfit and appearance are translated into Fortnite’s expressive art style.
