MONTPELLIER, FRANCE – Indie studio The Game Bakers has released new screenshots for Furi (PS4, PC), the all-boss fighting-combat game. The developer features character design by Afro Samurai designer Takashi Okazaki.
The Game Bakers had the bright idea of pitting players against an ever-challenging roster of end-level bosses — without the respite of the actual levels.
This is no ordinary fighting game. Combatants must uncover each of their opponents’ weaknesses in a multi-stage fight where bosses physically transform and change their fighting style in real-time combat. Learn their behaviors and improve your fighting to prepare for the next fight and escape from the surreal prison in which you’re trapped. Furi aims to be one of the most challenging and exhilarating games in 2016.
Here is the official Furi video:
Furi is slated for a 2016 release on PS4 and PC.
