The wait is over! Indie team The Game Bakers announced today that Furi, its upcoming all-boss combat-action game, is slated for release on PlayStation 4 and PC on Tuesday, July 5 for $24.99 . Featuring character design by Afro Samurai creator Takashi Okazaki and a killer soundtrack from well-known electro bands Carpenter Brut, Danger and more, Furi’s heart-pumping boss battles will challenge gamers’ will with skill-based hand-to-hand and gun-battle combat.
Furi is fast-paced, and requires great timing, reflexes and judgment. With immediately responsive controls, players must attack and counter, finding the right strategy for each boss they confront. And each of the formidable “guardians” has a distinct, surprising combat style requiring gamers’ absolute focus, skill, and split-second timing to defeat them.
Players and fans alike can attend a one-of-a-kind live concert in Paris, France, this summer, with four of the musicians playing music from the game and their latest hits. The concert will take place on July 8th at La Machine du Moulin Rouge in Paris, France.
