The family ticket can only be acquired through the online gamescom Ticket Shop. The family ticket purchased from the gamescom Ticket Shop must be converted into admission tickets at the gamescom box offices on location. The composition of the family is also checked here. The family ticket for Saturday, August 25, 2018 is sold out.

Trade visitor tickets: trade visitor tickets are available for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from the online Ticket Shop.

* Afternoon tickets: it is expected that the afternoon tickets will enable admission from approximately 2:00 p.m. onwards. Admission is dependent on the visitor flow (the volume of visitors leaving the fair grounds). Queues are to be expected.
