Gamescom: Terminators: The Video Game

UK publisher, Reef Entertainment, revealed Terminators: The Video Game at Gamescom 2013.

The publisher obtained exclusive console rights to 1984′s The Terminator as well as exclusive console and PC rights for 1991′s Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Several games will be created based on the licenses, the first of which will be Terminators: The Video Game.

In a statement, Reef Entertainment said,

“Here at Reef we are huge fans of 1984 & 1991 Sci-Fi action master-pieces. It’s an incredible opportunity and an equally huge responsibility to create a game that does great justice to the motion-pictures. We are studying all aspects and influences of the Terminator universe defined in Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day. We have started on our journey and are drawing on all the diverse materials available to produce a high quality, authentic and exciting Terminator video game.”

Incidentally, Reef Entertainment will be releasing Rambo: The Video Game later on this year.
