Developer Team Dakota, announced at Gamescom 2013 that when Project Spark is paired with the new Kinect, can utilize full-body motion capture, facial motion capture, as well as audio capture.
Project Spark is a “game making” game, which allows some editing and modulation options and relies on motion capture.

The game is an Xbox One exclusive and will feature a closed Beta beginning in October.
