Gods of the Twilight Features Voice Talent from Baldur’s Gate 3 and Genshin Impact

Gear up for Armageddon, as the episodic, multi-season visual novel experience Gods of the Twilight has a playable demo as part of Steam Next Fest, starting October 9th and running through October 16th.

Gods of the Twilight Features Voice Talent from Baldur’s Gate 3 and Genshin Impact

Telling the story of two reincarnated deities discovering they’re more than human while facing an approaching Ragnarök, players will follow the stories of dual protagonists Althea and Farkas. The two navigate a dystopian and ecologically devastated world during near-apocalyptic times, meeting friends, foes, and lovers (if you choose). Among the other gods, they’ll face the monsters and criminals that inhabit the city-ship of New Reykjavík and beyond.

Showcased in the new trailer seen below, Gods of the Twilight boasts a star-studded voice cast whose talents aid in telling the rich story of two reincarnated Norse gods facing a modern apocalypse. Kelsey Jaffer, known for their work in Genshin Impact and The First Slam Dunk, lends her voice as Althea, while Atli Óskar, an accomplished actor with nominations from the Icelandic Edda Academy Award, and winner of the prestigious Berlinale European Shooting Stars Award, embodies the voice of Farkas.

The cast also includes Amina Koroma (Baldur’s Gate 3), Ellis Knight (SMITELie of Caelum), Ian Russell (RWBY: ArrowfellWarhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Prophecy), and a wider, supremely talented group who, through fully voice-acted dialogue, chronicle the heartful journey of two young people discovering that they’re more than human in a tech-fueled world where magic has mostly been forgotten.
