People say that members of the San Andreas State Park Rangers aren’t real cops but then, you aren’t even a real member of the San Andreas State Park Rangers. You’re just a concerned citizen with a passion for keeping the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness free of litter — chase down messy hikers with the new Declasse Park Ranger, now available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S at Warstock Cache & Carry.
Wildlife Photography
Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will also notice wildlife roving the biomes of Southern San Andreas. Locals and visitors alike can track, find, and photograph three different animals each day as part of a new Daily Collectible.
Find out which creatures to be on the lookout for by visiting the LS Tourist Board in Blaine County or send them an email by rolling over the blip on your Pause Menu Map.
WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS: Domesticated animals can often be found in the city and suburbs. If you’re tracking a wild predator, maintain your distance or risk getting attacked. If you scare an animal away, try leaving the area and visiting the same location later.
Photographing just one animal in the wild will unlock your ability to purchase the Declasse Park Ranger. Photograph 10 animals to unlock the Trade Price.
Salvage Yard Robberies
This week, Yusuf and Jamal are looking for Salvage Yard owners to acquire the Enus Deity (Sedan), Lampadati Casco (Sports Classic), and Vapid Ellie (Muscle).
Adjustments to Payphone Hits
As part of our continuing efforts to balance and adjust GTA Online, payouts for Assassination Bonuses in Payphone Hits have been reduced, and the cooldowns between hits has also been reduced to 10 minutes.
2X GTA$ and RP on Stunt Races
Slam the gas pedal, launch off ramps, and withstand chest-crushing amounts of G-force en route to the finish line in Rockstar Created Stunt Races, paying out Double Rewards this week.
2X GTA$ and RP on HSW Races
Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S can put eligible vehicles customized at Hao’s Special Works to the ultimate test in HSW Races and walk away with doubled prize purses through January 10.
Double Rewards on Junk Energy Time Trials
Put your reflexes, stamina, and nerves to the test by competing in Junk Energy Time Trials — downhill races that challenge you and the Inductor e-bike’s capabilities at high speeds. Locate the purple bicycle on your map to compete and you’ll walk away with 2X GTA$ and RP, if you walk away at all.
You can also compete against the clock in pursuit of a new personal record in Time Trials and earn 2X GTA$ and RP to boot.
Peyote Plants
As you’re combing the wilderness, keep an eye out for Peyote Plants blooming in the backyards and foothills of San Andreas to shift shape for a limited time.
