Henry Mosse & the Wormhole Conspiracy is a point and click puzzle adventure game developed and published by Bad Goat Studios. I thought the art style and graphics in this game were really charming along with the story. Henry Mosse & the Wormhole Conspiracy is also fully voiced! I was amazed to hear all the character lines in the game being voiced.
In the game, you play as Henry Mosse who is an orphan adopted into the Mosse family. The Mosse family have an interstellar delivery service called the Mosse Family Supplies. The adventure starts when Henry sneaks on board the spaceship as Henry’s mom, Seren, gets ready to visit Cape Coocoo in the Far Star Galaxy — a place deemed too dangerous for Henry. On the side, it seems the CEO of Wormhole Industries is conspiring some evil plan. Henry appears to have an interesting story to his birth and a big impact on the survival of the two galaxies.
Throughout the game, you can interact with many different objects and many different characters to solve certain tasks/quests. So far, I’ve liked all the characters I’ve encountered, especially the twin bouncers and the Void Dweller. Most characters appear to be quirky and unique. The humor in the game is refreshing. I already fell in love with the AI in the spaceship after just a couple of its lines at the beginning.
Often there’s an option to ask the characters about their story, which I really liked. It’s interesting to hear more about the people that Henry interacts with and I think it fits with Henry’s personality of being an explorer in terms of why he asks the question.
Regarding the quests/puzzles, some of them do seem more complicated to solve than others. But there are hints provided if help is needed. Puzzles can be skipped as well if the hints do not provide enough information to solve the puzzle. Although I like the idea of being able to skip puzzles, this option also left me a bit confused. Perhaps I encountered a bug but I swore I completed a puzzle during my playthrough but when I interacted with the character that started the quest, there was still an option to “skip puzzle,” which left me really confused.
Also, I wish that if the skip puzzle option is clicked, then the game walks you through how to do the puzzle rather than advancing the game to when the puzzle is completed.
One feature that I really liked in the game is the Info-Lens. This allows you to see all the interactable items on the screen. Often when I get stuck on a puzzle, I have to click everywhere on the screen to see which items I can interact with. However, in this game, I didn’t need to do that because of the Info-Lens which I appreciated.
I would rate Henry Mosse & the Wormhole Conspiracy a 9.5/10. I thought the game was really well made. I personally love puzzle adventure games and this one didn’t disappoint. There’s a lot of content to go through. I enjoyed interacting with the characters and thinking outside the box to figure some puzzles out. The game also auto-saves which I thought was helpful.
One thing I didn’t like, though, was how the controls were set up. There are 3 ways to play the game: mainly mouse, keyboard, or controller. I wish I was able to play with a mix of the keyboard to move and the mouse to interact with items and characters. It doesn’t seem like this functionality has been implemented, which is a bit of a bummer. It might be best to play this game with a controller. That’s not to say you can’t enjoy the game with a mouse/keyboard.

Steam Review
I'm a sophomore studying Computer Science at the University of Michigan. I'm really interested in how technology can impact lives through game development. One of the things that I really like about gaming is that, not only is it fun and relaxing, but there are so many ideas you can incorporate into games and their storylines such as meaningful lessons/messages.
