Chronocle & Hooded Horse’s ominous fantasy roguelite autobattler He Is Coming is now out. Visit Steam Early Access and PC Game Pass to explore a procedurally created fantasy environment, gather magical artifacts, and get ready for the release of The Big Bad on PC.
Armed just with a death wish and a sharp stick, players are free to roam the world, which is separated into two biomes, looking for enemies to battle and treasure. At night, when the monsters actively pursue the hero in an attempt to run them down, things get more dangerous due to diminished visibility. Additionally, a boss will show up on the third day, putting the hero’s will (and build) to the ultimate test. Will they die attempting, or will they survive to battle for another three days?
The end is not death; He Is Coming Players can acquire new things to help in subsequent plays thanks to its roguelite meta loop, and the alternate Kingmaker mode offers a ton of additional excitement. Successful heroes will live as the antagonist in other players’ games in this asynchronous multiplayer setting, with the most potent builds being saved to the cloud. Heroes that are successful can receive crowns, which players can use to get further in-game benefits.
The early access period for He Is Coming will expand on the current framework by adding new items, monsters, biomes, and ultimately the Demon King himself.
German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese are among the languages in which the game has been translated from English.
He is Coming is now available for PC via Steam Early Access for $14.99 / £12.99 / €14.99 / ¥1,480.00 with a 35% launch discount until July 31, 2025. You can also get the game via PC Game Pass.
