Pre-Registrations for Art-Inspired Creativity Quiz-Guessing Game Now Open Ahead of 2020 Launch
LOS ANGELES – Following Netmarble Corp‘s successful Korean launch, the company is thrilled to announce that their all-new real-time social quiz creativity game, KOONGYA Draw Party, is coming to the West as pre-registrations for the App Store and Google Play are now live.
Expected to launch in 2020, KOONGYA Draw Party draws up a smorgasbord of humorous quiz-drawing fun where quirky pun drawings take center stage for everyone to create, judge, and share among others. Players can earn prizes and KOONGYAs – KOONGYA Draw Party’s mascots that give skills which generate in-game boosters – in the game’s Tour Mode. Adventure Mode allows players to explore their neighborhood and discover location-based drawings. And Party Mode creates the ability to host a playroom where up to eight players can take turns drawing and guessing each other’s Quiz.
“Sharing the creativity expressed between friends, humorously understanding each person’s creative process, and delightfully discovering the right answer is what led KOONGYA Draw Party’s development and its South Korean success,” said Jung Ho Lee, Executive Producer of Netmarble. “Everyone at Netmarble is excited to see how Western players join our Draw Party by coming up with their own hilarious takes on our quizzes in 2020.”
Previously, KOONGYA Draw Party was No. 1 in total downloads in both the App Store and Google Play two weeks after its South Korean launch. With 30 million quizzes created by users since Aug. 8, 2018, KOONGYA Draw Party has expanded widely through all types of social channels, resulting in the game sustaining a huge amount of popularity with a peak of 500,000 daily active users, and becoming the No. 1 popular new brand in South Korea among 20-year-old players in 2018.
Pre-registrations are now open on the App Store and Google Play. Follow KOONGYA Draw Party on Facebook.
