The renowned sexy senior dating sim, Later Daters, will kickstart pacemakers worldwide once again with the launch on Xbox One and Xbox Series X on June 9th. Previously released on Steam and Switch (Check Out Our Nintendo Switch Review!) as Part 1 and 2, both installments will be bundled together for the upcoming release, as revealed by Canadian indie creator Bloom Digital Media today.
Placing the player in their orthopedic-approved shoes as the newest resident at Ye OLDE retirement home, Later Daters on Xbox will let players flirt and date across various intertwining stories and inclusive relationships. Later Daters’ story is all about accepting life’s fragile nature and choosing to live boldly, regardless of the circumstances.
The upcoming Xbox release will bundle the previously released Later Daters: Part 1 and 2 into one complete package, featuring all story episodes while also including the free Cribbage mini-game. Later Daters on Xbox will retail for $14.99 / €14.99. Players can customize their own look, name, romance history, gender, and even their pet companion who will join them on their journey through love and life.
Later Daters: Part 1 released in April 2020 to popular acclaim on Steam and Switch, with the public and press praising its charm and feel-good nature, inclusivity, and how it manages to deal with a wide breadth of topics including love, old age, and death in a heartfelt and sincere manner. Later Daters: Part 2 took the wholesome romance to completely new heights with its successful launch in October 2020.
