On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, Roots of Pacha, a cooperative farming and life simulation game set in the Stone Age and created by Soda Den, will make its console debut on Xbox One and Series X|S alongside the release of version 1.2 on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, which now fully supports Traditional Chinese and Korean. With these announcements, the game’s community of over 200,000 players will grow.
Version 1.2 introduces school-age as a stage of growth alongside the infant and toddler phases, so providing children with a significant boost in options. Enroll the children in school, where they will make friends, grow as people, and learn about the careers they wish to follow. Every child has unique dialogue and gifts to acquire based on their unique combination of parents, personality, and career.
With additional discourse, possibilities for Union reception, and the opportunity to smooch beloved partners during the Union ceremony, the options for romance are expanded. To prevent other people from making dating approaches, turn off the new “Available to date” setting.
Add new hair and skin tones to Pachans to make them uniquely yours. Experience wolves, cave lions, mammoths, and spiders as new mount options. Roots of Pacha will be available for $24.99 / €22.99 / £19.99 on Wednesday, July 31 for Xbox One and Series X|S. The game supports the following languages: English, French, German, Portuguese – Brazil, Russian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese.
On the same day, the version 1.2 upgrade becomes available for free on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, and Xbox. It brings complete feature parity across all Roots of Pacha editions.
