Happy March 10th! Mario fans were taken aback by Nintendo and Illumination’s brand-new trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, which will only be available in cinemas throughout the country on April 1. Fans can get a digital Collectible Card based on the film by opening the free Nintendo Today! smart device app1 every day starting today. The app may be used to check in at participating cinemas and access exclusive items, such as a digital photo frame, starting on April 1. Additionally, there are new trailers for Mario and friends-starring Nintendo Switch 2 games, such as Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park and Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. Additionally, Nintendo is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. with in-store prizes (while supplies last), exclusive game deals, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD sweepstakes, and more.

- The Super Mario Galaxy Movie – Get a new look at The Super Mario Galaxy Movie in this trailer released yesterday by Nintendo and Illumination. Tickets are available for purchase at movie theaters nationwide, and the film releases April 1.
- Exclusive Nintendo Today! Content – Get ready for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie with Nintendo Today!, Nintendo’s free app for smart devices. Starting today, receive one digital Collectible Card from the movie by logging into the app and tapping the card daily. There are 40 different types to claim now through June 10. Unlock three cards during the promotion period (March 10 – May 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT) and earn 100 My Nintendo Platinum Points3. Beginning April 1, use your app to scan the poster for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie to check in at participating theaters and unlock exclusive content.
