Nintendo Direct has aired this morning with lots of exciting updates!

The following is a synopsis of the latest updates from Nintendo:

3DS Updates:

New Super Luigi U changes the 82 levels of New Super Mario Bros. U into a new adventure
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D has been optimized for portable playability and has 8 new levels for you to play after completing the main game
A new game in the Yoshi’s Island series is coming to Nintendo 3DS
Mario Donkey Kong Minis on the Move has four modes and more than 180 levels will be available exclusively in Nintendo 3DS eShop May 9th
LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins is headed to Nintendo 3DS on April 21st
North America is getting an Animal Crossing: New Leaf Nintendo 3DS XL bundle
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons are coming to Nintendo 3DS on May 30th
Bravely Default is coming to Nintendo 3DS in North America in 2014
Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy will be released in North America in 2014
THE STARSHIP DAMREY, BUGS vs. TANKS! and ATTACK OF THE FRIDAY MONSTERS! A TOKYO TALE are coming to the 3DS eShop soon
Shin Megami Tensei 4 is coming to North America this summer, with a special first shipment. Every copy will come with a CD, strategy/design book and collectible slipcase
A new Zelda game that takes place in the world from A Link to the Past is coming to #3DS this year

Wii U Updates

Each Wii U Virtual Console game will be playable off-TV and have its own Miiverse community
Wii U Panorama will have a free downloadable demo and video tours can be purchased for $2
There is a new type of Pikmin – the Winged Pikmin
Earthbound will be on the Wii U Virtual Console this year
Game & Wario hits #WiiU on June 23
There are new Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate videos from Capcom on YouTube to help you master the game
