A new trailer for Northgard, the best-selling Viking strategy title from Evoland studio, Shiro Games, is now available following its debut as part of this week’s Nintendo Indie World presentation. Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch version of the game are now also available, including a 20% off discount via the Nintendo eShop.
Northgard sets sail for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on Sept. 26, 2019.
The popular RTS, which has sold more than 1 million units on Steam since its arrival in 2018, follows the adventures of Norse explorers who have recently established themselves in a mysterious newfound land. To bring fame and fortune to their clan, the settlers must survive roaming packs of dire wolves, harsh winter storms, armies of the undead, and mythical creatures such as giants and dragons.
Northgard will be available via the Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, and Microsoft Store for $34.99 / €34.99 / £31.49. Physical versions from distributor Merge Games will also be sold at retail.
