Salzwiesen Park | German Shorthaired Pointer | Hunters’ Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack
With the “Salzwiesen Park” DLC, travel to Schleswig-Holstein, which is located close to the border between northern Germany and Denmark, and take in the natural splendor of what may be one of the world’s top locations for waterfowl hunting. Discover 15 distinct species in a small salt marsh habitat, including two new birds—the plump Gadwall and the unusual Ferruginous Duck—as well as two new “Great Ones!” (The free update will also make these Great Ones available in other reserves.) The DLC also includes the new GOPI 10G GRAND Shotgun and the Clay Shooting Range, where you may compete against friends and test your accuracy. On December 3, the “Salzwiesen Park” DLC will be available for $6.99.
Call of the Wild, a third dog breed, is added to the Hunter by the “German Shorthaired Pointer” DLC! This new hunting buddy will help gamers locate animals more quickly by pointing you in the direction of your target when you give it instructions. Players who currently own a Labrador Retriever or Bloodhound are in for a great treat: a free update that will be available to all dog owners on December 3 will allow you to create your own excellent hunting dog by giving one dog the abilities of two! You can train your dog to effectively flush out birds and retrieve them after you’ve taken your shot, for instance, by fusing the abilities of a Pointer and a Retriever. The “German Shorthaired Pointer” DLC will launch on Dec. 3 for $5.99.
The first-ever DLC created in close collaboration with the incredible theHunter: Call of the Wild community is the “Hunters’ Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack.” The three bolt-action rifles in the pack—the Vallgarda.375, Johansson.450, and Fors Elite.300—were selected by enthusiasts and are each designed with unique features to engage a range of animal classes with remarkable accuracy. For $4.99, the “Hunters’ Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack” will go on sale on December 3.
Additionally, on December 3, all theHunter: Call of the Wild gamers will receive a free update. In addition to the two new Great Ones (Pheasant and Red Fox) and the ability to customize dog skills, the update will bring “Hunter Challenges,” which are daily and weekly tasks that players may finish to earn in-game money. There will also be a return of picture challenges!
