EA has announced a new refund policy named ‘Origin Great Game Guarantee.’
Buyers can take advantage of the refund policy that only applies to the following:
- In the first 24 hours after launching a game
- Within seven days of purchasing it, or
- Within seven days of launch for pre-orders – whichever of these conditions applies first.
The refund policy went live today in 20 different countries, and will roll out to other territories before the end of September, along with several other improvements to the Origin client.
