PAW Patrol shifts into high gear as Outright Games, the leading global publisher of children’s video games, launches PAW Patrol: Grand Prix – Complete Edition. Fans of the award-winning pre-school series, PAW Patrol, can race with Chase and the gang across Adventure Bay and beyond. This fun-sized bundle comes complete with the base game and both PAW Patrol DLCs, including PAW Patrol: Grand Prix – Race in Barkingburg and PAW Patrol Grand Prix – Pup Treat Arena. The base game and DLC bundle will be available on March 8, 2024 PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox X|S, and PC via Steam.
Outright Game’s latest Complete Edition is set to rev up excitement for PAW Patrol fans across the world with the inclusion of DLC Race in Barkingburg. Originally released in December 2022, the DLC adds six new vehicles straight out of the PAW Patrol: Ready, Race, Rescue movie, three new tracks, and a thrilling new tournament – the Barkingburg Cup. DLC Pup Treat Arena, originally released March 2023, also brings a whole new adventure to the game, introducing three incredible battle arenas for players to either compete in co-op mode or go it alone in taking on AI-powered pup pals.
PAW Patrol: Grand Prix is the first-ever kart racer based on the global hit children’s TV series. Developed by 3DClouds, the game offers players the chance to play as their favorite pups, driving their vehicles around 11 unique tracks set in iconic locations from the popular TV show. Released in September 2022 in affiliation with Paramount Consumer Products, Nickelodeon and Spin Master Ltd, kids of all ages can join the fun with an easy control option for little ones who need auto-acceleration to guide them round the track, as well as a hard mode for experienced track stars.
Powering up with water balloons and snowballs, players can unlock special character skills like Chase’s siren to slow down surrounding racers, and experience the world of PAW Patrol like never before. With up to 4 player local co-op mode, fans can join the pups on their fastest mission yet, racing for first place, dodging obstacles left by mischievous Mayor Humdinger, and going head to head with friends and family to win the much-coveted Pup Cup. There’s also plenty of exciting customization options, with 20 stylish stickers and 20 topper items waiting to be unlocked.
Steph Malham, COO of Outright Games, said: “Outright Games are delighted to be working with Hasbro, one of our longest-standing partners, on a brand new bundle that the whole family can enjoy together. As the leading publisher of children’s video games, we understand how racing games are unique in the accessibility they offer to players of all ages. Our latest Complete Edition allows kids and their relatives to go head to head in a fun and safe environment, experiencing all that the fantastic world of PAW Patrol has to offer.”
