This is Gaming Cypher’s PC review of Good Robot by developer Pyrodactyl out of Jaipur, India.
You can immediately start having fun playing Good Robot by simply utilizing your WASD keys to go in the direction that you wish, aim and shoot. The game is so intuitive that no tutorial is necessary. What you learn right at the beginning, is that your Good Robot has his weapons and that you also have the ability to procure a hat. You will find that the hat allows for one his invulnerability and can be purchased throughout the game.
You will also find vendor booths throughout the levels that will enable you to upgrade your Good Robot. These upgrades will give you the ability to better your aim, induce more damage, improve your firing rate, speed and give you a couple of bonuses such as a compass and a targeting laser.
The way to earn money in order to upgrade your Good Robot is to simply shoot enemies. Each enemy that you kill will drop cash. As you progress, you will find the amount of cash will be sufficient to upgrade your Good Robot at a good rate, never underpowered nor overpowered.
I appreciated the wide variety of weapons, ranging from your basic blaster to other weapons, such as the ballistic missile, which will change your attack rate. The gameplay remains fun and interesting and filled with quite a large number of randomized levels. You will also find the number of enemies to vary, depending on which stage of the game you are at.

Overall, I found Good Robot to be great fun and a definite buy! I rate it at 8 / 10.
