PlayStation is teaming up with celebrities to support charities and help make the world a better place.
You can be a PlayStation Hero by purchasing digital items through the PlayStation Heroes App. You can begin by downloading the PS4 app in the PlayStation Store starting February 24. Then every month, a celebrity hero will be matched up with you. Celebrities include Shaun White for March, Yasiel Puig for April, Snoop Dogg for May, and Stephen Curry for summer.
90% of the proceeds will go to charities such as Make A Wish Foundation, The V Foundation, USO, and Cancer Research. Once the entry period is closed, a lucky individual will be randomly selected to play against the celebrity hero and you’ll be able to watch the match-up on the PlayStation Hero app.
