PlayStation State of Play: Pearl Abyss and PLAION Reveal March 19, 2026 Release Date and Physical Lineup for CRIMSON DESERT

The physical lineup for the much-awaited Crimson Desert, which was announced earlier today during PlayStation’s State of Play as being available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on March 19, 2026, is being unveiled today by Pearl Abyss and PLAION.

The beautiful yet dangerous continent of Pywel serves as the backdrop for the open-world action-adventure game Crimson Desert. Players follow Kliff as he sets out to rebuild the Greymanes and recover what has been lost after their sworn adversary, the Black Bears, ambushes them devastatingly, leaving them dead or strewn all over the place. Players will fight fiercely, slay powerful monsters, gather priceless loot, and follow the Greymanes’ trip through the expansive landscapes of Pywel as he travels. The game has next-generation graphics.

Collector’s, Deluxe, and Standard editions of Crimson Desert will be available upon launch. To enhance any cherished collection, the Collector’s Edition will include a premium Greymane Brooch Pin, a deluxe woven fabric map of Pywel, and an astounding 17″ exclusive diorama of Kliff and Golden Star.

In the upcoming days, pre-orders for both the physical and digital versions will open for purchase at the majority of major stores. As a pre-order bonus, all pre-orders will include the Khaled Shield. Additionally, the Grotevant Plate Set DLC will be a PS5-exclusive bonus included in the box for fans who pre-order any PlayStation®5 edition.
