Pokémon X & Y -Will Have 1-on-5 Encounters and Aerial Battles, Trailer

Gamefreak revealed during E3 2013 that Pokémon X & Y will have 1-on-5 encounters as well as aerial battles

The game will feature Horde Battles, in which players will fight groups of Pokémon in random encounters. In other words, one Pokémon will face off against five at once – not in succession, but all at once.

There is another type of new encounter, ‘Sky Battle.’ Once initiated by some trainers, these battles are available only to Pokémon who can fly – Flying type, as well as some Ghost and Dragon types.
