PlayStation announced during the Tokyo Game Show 2014 that Dynamic Themes are coming to PS4 and PS Vita in upcoming Fall system software updates.

In addition, this Fall, you’ll be able to watch PS4 live streams from Twitch and USTREAM on your PS Vita through the “Live from PlayStation” app.
