QuakeCon 2024 is back this Thursday at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. There will be livestreaming of a variety of activities, including the renowned Bring-Your-Own-Computer (BYOC) party.
Even though the BYOC is full, you may still join thousands of other gamers by purchasing a general admission ticket HERE.
The webcast for QuakeCon will begin on Thursday, August 8 at 3:00 PM CT/4:00 PM ET. Hugo Martin and Marty Stratton of id Software will give a welcome greeting. In addition to providing a schedule for the weekend, the QuakeCon Welcome will feature some exclusive announcements from id Software.
During the four days of QuakeCon, attendees can take part in various on-site events such as community tournaments that are BYOC, Tabletop Village, Free2PlayArcades that are sponsored by Psychic Drive, the Console Lounge that is sponsored by Viewsonic, and more. BAWLS, Chip Theory, Ducky Keyboards, Fractal Design, GFuel, NVIDIA, NobleChairs, Pecos Pete, and more will be present at this year’s partner space.
General admission tickets include access to all of the above activities from 8:00 AM CT to 1:00 AM CT, however they do not include a BYOC seat.
QuakeCon 2024 Charity Support
In keeping with QuakeCon’s tradition of supporting nonprofit organizations, Dallas Pets Alive will make a repeat appearance at QuakeCon 2024. Aside from puppy streams and the Kitten AFK Room, fans may once more buy the enduringly well-liked personalized t-shirts both in-person and online (click HERE).
Additionally, QuakeCon 2024 will benefit Gamers Outreach, 1Up on Cancer, the American Red Cross, and InfluentiALS Foundation with an on-site blood drive.
Livestream
