SimCity Miniature Melbourne Time-Lapse Video

EA has released a short tilt-shift time-lapse film for SimCity featuring the city of Melbourne, Australia.

The tilt-shift effect and grading was applied in Photoshop, and the film was edited in After Effects and Premiere Pro CS6. The Music: “Reflections” is by Tom Day.
