The Tekken movie prequel was confirmed yesterday by Japanese site Cinema Today and was supposed to have starring Dead or Alive actor, Kane Kosugi.
In an apology issued today by Destiny Productions, it was announced that Kane Kosugi will not be starring in the Tekken movie prequel, but instead will star in a movie titled Agent X, which is being produced by Crystal Sky.
The firm stated on the official website,
“We would like to apologize for the ineptitude on our part.”
